煤瀝青軟化點環(huán)球法檢測
煤瀝青軟化點是煤瀝青在一定條件下軟化變形的溫度，是評價煤瀝青耐高溫性能的重要指標(biāo)之一。通過環(huán)球法檢測軟化點可以有效評估煤瀝青的熱穩(wěn)定性。
檢測范圍
可以對煤瀝青類產(chǎn)品的軟化點進行檢測，包括但不限于煤焦油、煤瀝青等。
檢測項目
檢測項目主要包括軟化點等溫度性能指標(biāo)。軟化點是指在一定條件下，煤瀝青軟化變形的溫度。軟化點越高，說明煤瀝青的熱穩(wěn)定性能越好。
檢測方法和檢測儀器
軟化點的檢測常采用環(huán)球法，即ASTM D36標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法。檢測儀器一般使用環(huán)球軟化點儀，其主要作用是通過對試樣進行加熱并測定軟化點，來評估煤瀝青的熱穩(wěn)定性。
